Dear patients, We understand that emergency situations can occur and so we do our best to accommodate you and better serve you and our practice. Our office allows for one missed appointment, and after that one missed appointment there will be a $25 fee added to your next appointment. Please note there is no fee if cancellation is given to the office within 24 hours priorior to your appointment.  It will be the patient's responsibility to cover such fee, insurance cannot be applied.
